When is the best time to hunt feral hogs? I’m often asked this question and my answer is after deer season and at night. This doesn’t mean we don’t hunt them at other times but hogs seem to feel the pressure in the field and as hog hunting has become more and more popular the expanding population has changed how they act and have become increasingly nocturnal.
