Aspaterninformationbegantotricklein,thereportsofanglersthrowingswimbaits,deep divingcrankbaits,andbigfluterspoonsaswelasteninchwormsshowedthatthebitewas alovertheplace.Eventualyeventmanyteamsmovedtoevenfinessetechniquesinhopeof triggeringabiggerbite.Atmidmorningtheracewasstiltightandwithoutwindandcurent itappeareditmightstaythatwayaldaylong.ThenitalchangedastheTVAletoutmoreand morewaterandtheculingbeganforteamsincontentionlikeAuburnandTheUniversityof NorthAlabama.
