HOW TO MAKE VENISON HAMBURGERS

1. Prep your Grill: Preheat your grill to around 450°F.

2. Form the Patties: Shape generous-sized patties using ground venison by hand. Then coat/ sprinkle with your favorite seasoning. 3. Cook: Place the patties on the grill and cook until they reach an internal temperature of 100 105°F. 3. Add Flavor: Place cheese slices on each patty and apply barbecue sauce as they cook for extra flavor. Let patties continue to cook. 4. Serve and Enjoy: Once the patties have reached an internal temperature to your desired doneness and the cheese is melted, serve them on buns with your favorite toppings.
