Record Breaking | Anglers & Attendees

This 2024-2025 season, the Association of Collegiate Anglers reported record-breaking participation in every tournament event. Across the two Fall tournaments, 1,100 anglers competed in ACA events. Close to 600 anglers competed at the Bass Pro Shops Big Bass Bash presented by Berkley, and over 500 anglers competed at Lake Dardanelle for the AFTCO Collegiate Bass Open. With more anglers, also comes more coaches, families, and friends who are in attendance, as well as local spectators.

Traveling from around the nation, 400 of the top collegiate anglers battled it out for the National Championship Title as well as coveted School of the Year Points.

Over 500 of the top collegiate anglers competed in this no entry-fee, nationally televised, double points event.

530+ collegiate anglers competed at Pickwick Lake for 2-days – no entry fees, lots of School of the Year points on the line, and amazing bags of bass brought to the scales. Pickwick Slam

Nearly 600 of college fishing’s top anglers were on hand to compete for more than $30,000 in prizes and contingencies.

The past 5 years have seen a consist 5% average growth each year in numbers of anglers competing in ACA tournaments.
