Americana Outdoors E-Magazine - November 2019
The past five to six weeks have been a very busy time for the college fishing tournament circuit. The Association of Collegiate Anglers, in conjunction with the Bass Pro Shops Collegiate Bass Fishing Series, has fished two events in that span. Each of those events qualified for double points, and many teams took advantage of opportunities to gain valuable points towards the Bass Pro Shops School of the Year presented by Abu Garcia. In particular, Carson-New- man University has seen a giant surge in the standings since the end of September. They have managed to go from 66th overall to 11th place in a very short time. On this episode, we will talk with their coach, Hunter Sales, and three members of the fishing team about this great stretch for them. Tune in to hear it all!
