Smoked VENISON SAUSAGE BY ANGEL MIDDLETON
INGREDIENTS: Venison Sasuage Links Stuffings of your choice (cheese,bacon, etc) Hot Dog Buns or Tortillas DIRECTIONS: If desired, cut a small slice in each venison sausage length wise to place your slice of cheese or other stuffings.

Set your Bradley Smoker to 250°F
Place prepared venison sausage in your Bradley Smoker for roughly 2 hours.
Take smoked venison sausage out of Bradley Smoker and place in a hotdog bun or tortilla and add the topppings of your choice.
